Enquire about this scope ↗Budgetary proposal only, not a binding quotation. Currency options are independently proposed commercial prices, not live exchange conversions. Remote delivery; Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 UAE time, excluding agreed holidays. Typical scope is SAP technical L2/L3 work; functional, Basis, security, licences, cloud fees, onsite travel, taxes and 24/7 coverage are excluded unless quoted. Hours are shared across agreed tasks, do not roll over, and require agreed prioritization. Extra hours need approval at the ad hoc rate. Response and resolution SLAs are agreed after landscape assessment; no guaranteed resolution time is implied. Minimum suggested retainer term: three months. Rates subject to scope confirmation and written agreement.
